An Expert in Financial & Strategic Planning
Ralaole's founder, Gizem Gulec, worked for various industries; therefore, has in-depth knowledge of CPG, e-commerce, DTC, wholesale, manufacturing, technology and engineering (project accounting / revenue recognition) industries. She has helped businesses of all sizes optimize their financial strategies and boost their revenues, profits and cash flow with long-term and short-term goal tracking and tailors her strategies to each client’s specific needs while keeping them on track in their path to success. Gizem held CFO, COO, Financial Controller, Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis and individual contributor roles earlier in her career. She is familiar with the US (primarily), Canadian, the UK, European, Asian (China) and Australian regulations, income and sales tax procedures as she worked for companies which had presence in these locations. She has led various ERP, accounting / reporting, CRM and project management software implementations including NetSuite, Odoo, Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Financial Reports, Power BI, Epicor, QuickBooks, Wrike and Click-Up and used Microsoft Dynamics, healthcare and auto industry specific software.

Gizem Gulec lives in Seal Beach and when she is not working, you will find her enjoying the beach towns of Southern California. She enjoys swimming, rowing, biking, tennis, traveling, and helping non-profit organizations improving children's lives. Gizem is an avid reader (or listener of books), a walker, and a passionate cook. She promotes a healthy lifestyle; enjoys preparing and enjoying healthy, tasty dishes. She is married and has two children; for her, there is nothing more fulfilling than building memories and growing together with her family.
